• Customer/contact information entered or uploaded by users
• Notes
• Follow-up records
• Other information users choose to enter

Photos and Images:

• Business card images
• Customer photos
• Images users choose to upload

Purchase Information:

• Google Play product identifiers
• Purchase tokens
• Order and transaction metadata required to verify purchases

ShowLead Global does not receive or store users' payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate ShowLead Global
• Authenticate user accounts
• Store and manage events and customer records
• Process business cards and extract contact information
• Provide follow-up and customer management functions
• Verify Google Play purchases and provide purchased benefits
• Maintain security and prevent abuse

4. OCR and AI Processing

Business card images and extracted text may be processed by OCR and AI service providers solely for the purpose of extracting and organizing business card information.

We do not sell users' personal information.

5. How We Share Information

We may share or process information with service providers only as needed to provide ShowLead Global, including:

• Google for sign-in and Google Play Billing
• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• OCR and AI processing service providers

These providers process information only as needed to provide services on our behalf, subject to applicable agreements and safeguards.

6. Data Storage and Security

Data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

User data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, the following data will be deleted according to the deletion process:

• Account information
• Events
• Customer records
• Follow-up records
• Business card images
• Customer photos

Some payment, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or compliance records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or compliance purposes.

ShowLead Global is not directed to children under 13.
